Taking a regular back up copy of your important business information, and making sure that you have access to that information if you ever need it, is vitally important to any business.  It’s surprising then, that so many companies don’t backup up properly.  And very few companies regularly test their backups to see if they actually can recover data when they need it.

The process is very straightforward.  BTP will visit your business premises and take a complete copy of all of your business information.  We will take that information back to BTP’s premises and copy it onto our secure backup servers.  Then, using some simple software that we will install on your network server(s), we will compare the information on your servers on a nightly basis with the information on BTP’s servers and automatically copy any new or amended files across to our backup servers overnight. That will mean that a complete copy of your up-to-date business information will constantly be available from BTP’s backup servers – just in case you ever need it. Also, you can test the system at any time by identifying a file or directory on your computer system and requesting that BTP send it to you by email.

It really is that simple, giving you a reliable, up-to-date backup system without the need for any effort or resource allocation on your part.
