If you’re into tech (or want to be), this could be your first step into a seriously rewarding career.
What you’ll be doing:Learning real-world IT support skills from day one
Taking simple help desk calls (password resets, quick fixes, that sort of thing)
Gradually building up to solving more complex issues over the phone
Learning how to remotely access and fix customer systems
Setting up PCs and laptops in our build room
Eventually getting involved with bigger kit like servers and firewalls
Once you can drive, and once you’ve had plenty of training, you might even head out to client sites for small installations.
You won’t be thrown in at the deep end — you’ll get ongoing mentoring and support to help you grow your skills and confidence.
You’ll be working in modern offices on the Parkway business estate in Whiteley, as part of a supportive, down-to-earth team who genuinely want to see you succeed.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s motivated, keen to learn, and ready to work hard towards a proper career in IT.
