How Does It Work?
As with everything at BTP, very simply.
Our Admin Bolt-on service covers you for everything not included in your package.
Normally, tasks that fall outside of a package are charged at £95.00 + VAT per hour, but with the Admin Bolt-on service, you’ll get one hour of IT services per person, that you can use at any point at our lowest possible price of £50 + VAT.
For any tasks that are not covered by your package, we’ll use the time from your Admin Bolt-on, reducing it by 15-minute blocks.
Our Admin Bolt-on service means any extra charges are avoided, as well ensuring your systems are completely covered, come rain or shine.
When you speak to an engineer and request a service that is not covered by your IT support agreement, we’ll let you know. We’ll tell you how long the issue is likely to take, and we’ll deduct the time from your Admin Bolt-on.
You’ll have access to an online support portal showing your remaining balance at all times, and we’ll make sure to advise you in advance if you’re running low on hours.
