When can I call?
Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding public holidays. Extended support hours are available at additional cost.
With us, if your system goes down, there’ll be no need to hit the panic button.
Your IT systems will be fully and securely backed up on a regular basis. We'll copy all of your system files, programs, set up configurations and data to a secure server, ensuring that nothing is lost.
What about any changes and additions you make to your system? All covered. We regularly copy them over to the same server to make sure you’re always up to date.
You don’t accept a job half done, and neither do we. In order to check it worked properly, we check your backup every day, guaranteeing that if you need a secure replacement for your system, it’s there, waiting to go.
