If you really like to live free, our Boost service is the perfect solution.
Purchase blocks of time for a single, one-off fee and whenever you need support from our helpdesk or a visit from one of our engineers, we’ll use the purchased time against it.
Telephone and remote support work is deducted in 15-minute blocks, and onsite work is deducted at a minimum of one hour, followed by additional 15-minute blocks over the initial hour.
