It couldn’t be easier. If your system goes down, just drop our extremely helpful, friendly helpdesk team a message or call. (They’re all-round top people).
If we can, and we always aim to, we’ll sort your problem then and there.
Sometimes these pesky IT systems don’t play ball, and in this case, we may ask to give you a call back after we investigate a bit further. (Perfect time for a cuppa if you ask us).
Now, if we find that we can’t solve the problem from our office, well, then we’ll just come to yours. As soon as we can, we’ll get one of our experienced IT engineers over to you to work on the problem in person.
As always, messages and calls to our helpdesk are unlimited, so you never need to worry about calling too much.
One thing we pride ourselves on is our speed of response. We’re so proud of it, we even put it on our homepage.
If we need to do some more digging, we’ll get started on your problem within the hour, if not sooner.
In emergency cases, we don’t want you waiting around, so we start working on the issue as soon as we possibly can.
