It couldn’t be easier. Any problems with your IT systems, just message through our app, Rocket, or give our helpdesk a call and we’ll get you sorted ASAP.
If we can’t solve it then and there (which is rare, just being honest) we may have to give you a call back after we do a bit more investigative work.
Sometimes we can only fix a problem by getting our hands dirty (metaphorically, of course). If we can’t get you back up and running remotely, we’ll send one of our expert IT engineers to your office.
And remember, there’s no limit on the number of times you can contact us, so don’t be shy!
As you may have noticed, speed of response is sort of our thing. The simple answer is, we always try to get you back up and running as soon as we can.
Being more specific, if we can’t solve your problem immediately, we’ll start working on it within the hour following your call, and for any emergency calls we start as soon as we possibly can.
