From 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, outside of public holidays, we are all yours. Just message us through the app, Rocket, or give us a call and our helpdesk team will get to work right away.
How fast did Usain Bolt run the 100 metres? Well, not quite that quickly, but the IT support service equivalent.
While our Service Level Agreement states we’ll start working on your problem within an hour of you call, we actually get started a whole lot quicker (just check out the stats on our homepage for proof!)
