If we need to investigate it and call you back, we’ll do that as quickly as possible.

If we can’t fix it remotely, one of our experienced IT engineers will be winging their way to your office ASAP to fix it in person.

From 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, outside of public holidays, we are all yours. Just message us through the app, Rocket, or give us a call and our helpdesk team will get to work right away.

While our Service Level Agreement states we’ll start working on your problem within an hour of you call, we actually get started a whole lot quicker (just check out the stats on our homepage for proof!)

If you’re having one of those days where everything’s gone haywire, we always aim to get started on emergency calls immediately, so we can have you back up and running as soon as possible.
