Extended support hours for our clients who start a bit earlier

How Does It Work?

Simple, if your day starts a bit earlier than most, then we can too.

If you find your systems down when you get to the office, just give us a call and you’ll hear a prompt to ‘dial 1’ to speak to one of our IT engineers, and we’ll have you back up and running before the rest of your team clocks in.

Need support before 8.00am? Just drop us an email at [email protected], or report it through our new app, Rocket, and a support request will automatically be generated. We’ll then get to work and contact you as soon as we start in the morning.

When are you available?

Our normal service hours are 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, but with our Early Start Bolt-on, we’ll be available for your calls from 8.00am.
