Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding public holidays. Extended support hours are available at additional cost.
Backup, DR and Data Management

We begin by making a complete backup of all your live server(s).
We then create a like-for-like replica on our own UK-based servers.
Once that is up and running, we establish a process where any changes you make on your live servers are copied over to our replicas in our data centre.
This is done once every 24 hours, or at any time you prefer.
This means there is a living, breathing (not literally of course) copy of your servers ready to be deployed at any time if you suffer a data loss of any size.
