Microsoft offers various Office 365 packages.

Once you’ve chosen the one suitable for your business, we then do the heavy lifting for you and get it all set up.

When can I call?

Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding public holidays. Extended support hours are available at additional cost.

What exactly do you do?

We’ll handle the set up and management of your Office 365 package on your behalf.

We’ll get your choice set up on Microsoft’s servers, then provide an email address for each member of your team, giving them access to any online storage and other necessary Microsoft applications they require.

While we do all this, if you don’t have one already, we’ll set up a Microsoft Tenant for you (a sort of, lead device, if you will). If you do have a Tenant, we’ll just assume responsibility of the existing console.

Don’t worry, this console will remain your property at all times, and we’ll return control of it at any point.

Once you’re all set up, we’ll manage the day-to-day running of your Office 365 package, ensuring that service runs smoothly.

Do I really need this?

That’s no problem at all.

We can migrate your existing emails and data over to Microsoft Office 365 as required.

Depending on the circumstances, we may have to charge you a bit extra for this service, but we always try to avoid it if we can.
