An extra layer of security to make sure that it’s actually you logging in

How does it work?

Simple - it adds an extra layer of security when logging in to your system.

Usernames and passwords are what’s known as Single-Factor Authentication.

With Multi-Factor Authentication, users will need an additional one-time passcode to log in to your system, on top of a password and username.

This code is randomly generated by our system and then sent to verified users only.

When can I call?

Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding public holidays. Extended support hours are available at additional cost.

What do we do?

Setting up new security features can be tricky, but don’t panic, we’ll handle everything.

We manage the initial rollout, including activation and synchronisation between users’ and their devices.

Beyond that, we’ll handle any new additions or removal of any accounts, as well as any issues that may arise.

Do I really need this?

Only if you want to keep your IT systems super safe and secure.

It’s always our recommendation to have Multi-Factor Authentication on any system, virtual or physical, particularly if it contains sensitive client data.
