Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding public holidays. Extended support hours are available at additional cost.

For any device you want monitored, we install an unobtrusive software agent that runs comprehensive and proactive health checks on the device to ensure that everything is running as it should be.
If an anomaly is detected, we are alerted immediately and take preventative measures to restore the device to within the expected parameters.
We’ll also give you a full report of what we did, because (and here’s the good part) this service is so smooth, you likely won’t even notice anything has happened.
