We really work hard to create a positive and inclusive culture at BTP.  We don't have any big machinery or stock.  We are an IT services and IT support company and our service is people.  

So, we reckon that if our people are happy, rewarded well and looked after properly - then they will be better able to provide a great service to our clients.

It's working well.  We've doubled in size in the last couple of years and we're getting rave reviews from clients.
